SubseaDeep's risk management process encompasses all phases of the project lifecycle i.e. it starts during the bid phase and and ends only when all the contractual obligations have been fulfilled. Throughout these phases (bid preparation and project execution), all aspects such as commercial strategy, financial assets, contractual, technical, safety, environment are evaluated with respect to uncertainties or risks for the Project, Client and SubseaDeep. Risk management requires total project team involvement and it is essential that all key members of the project team understand the project baseline, the risks anticipated as well as planned mitigation measures. SubseaDeep offers full front end engineering design studies to help our clients make an informed decision on projects. This includes 3D visualisation of proposed soultions hence enabling the client to establish operational parameters and foresee any potential problems before the start of the project.
We specialize in FEA studies, structural analyses, thermal analyses, and range of other type of analyses on offshore and onshore products, heavy machinery, rotating equipments, offshore and onshore structures, subsea equipment and a wide range of other products. This includes all 2D, 3D, modeling, simulation and fabrication drawings. We have been doing this for more than fifteen years. We have various licensed software which we use for all our projects for calculations, analysis, simulations and project management.

From the early project planning stage, coordinating needed tools and manpower, executing the project on-site to conducting follow up meetings with client staff, SubseaDeep manages each step of the process to ensure that installations meet expectations. Project meetings throughout the process guarantee that everyone is on the same page in terms of safety, costs and installation times. Following procedures, safety requirements, tests & checks, and once satisfied with the installation, the equipment is handed over to the operations crew for routine operation and maintenance.
